A new name was added to the map of London when we created Printers
Inn Court in the centre of the Capital’s legal district. A blend
of contemporary and Victorian architecture in a new, courtyard setting,
comprising of 19 one, two and three bedroom apartments and a Michelin-recommended
restaurant.
A demanding site of a former print works. The site wrapped around
existing buildings, presenting logistical, engineering and construction
difficulties, as well as many party wall awards, which needed careful
negotiation in consultation with our many neighbours. Part new-build,
part conversion, we had to strike a balance between traditional and
contemporary architecture.
