After graduating from the University of Westminster with a BSc in Building, David’s early career was spent working for Taylor Woodrow in the Middle East. On his return to the UK, David set-up the Capitol Group to develop housing in Kent. Later, shifting its focus to more demanding projects in London.

From identifying unloved buildings and unusual sites with huge potential, to raising the finance, developing the design, overseeing the construction and steering the marketing, David and his collaborators have, over the past 25 years, brought together all the elements needed to create stimulating living, retail and restaurant spaces in the heart of the capital.
