Tower Street, Covent Garden

This was one of the last warehouses in Covent Garden to be converted, and presented us with the opportunity to create twelve loft apartments behind the existing Victorian fašade. The grand industrial theme of the original warehouse was replicated with spacious interiors and high ceilings, retaining the old decorative steel columns and original brick walls, which were sandblasted in keeping with the utilitarian theme.

Located in one of the most sought-after areas of London, the ground floor and basement were combined into a large commercial space, now used as a fashionable beauty salon.
