Seeing the potential of converting some underused office suites in this unbelievable location, we created two beautiful apartments above the Playhouse Theatre on the Thames Embankment. The simple yet luxurious interiors are complimented by the breathtaking view across the River Thames to the London Eye.

Amazingly for the West End, Aria House has a generous amount of outside space, with terracing along each elevation – a feature we strive to incorporate in many of our apartments. In our view, outside amenity space is vital, even in inner city London.
