14 King’s Mews was built on a sensitive corner site in Bloomsbury. Working with designers A+D Studio, we created a distinctive modern building, but one that respects the Victorian mews setting. The apartments range from space-efficient studios to a spectacular duplex penthouse overlooking Bloomsbury.

Large expanses of glass allow light to flood in. This is combined with balconies and terraces to optimise the feeling of space. The interiors boast solid timber floors, Siematic kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. The building achieves Level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes, with air source heat pumps, triple-glazing and thermal insulation – helping the planet and saving our customers money.
